Where are you based?    We are based in Abuja the capital of Nigeria.

Are you safe to order from online? We make sure we use trusted platforms to make your online shopping with us as safe as possible.

How long does it take to process an order?    Digital downloads are processed immediately. Other orders take 2 days on average to process. 

Are you on Amazon?   No we are not  presently on the Amazon platform. 

Shipping

Where do you ship from?     Even though we are based in Nigeria actually we ship worldwide from the U.K. primarily and sometimes from the U.S. 

How long will it take for my order to get to me?    Most orders take between 7-21 days depending on where the order is shipped to. Shipping times are less if you are based in the U.S. or Nigeria. 

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?   No unfortunately we do not ship to PO Box addresses. 

Products

Do your videos work on tablets or mobile devices?    Yes. We have digital versions of our videos/DVDs which do so. You just have to choose the download version.

Which countries will your DVD work in?   Our DVDs are Region 0. We have PAL and NTSC versions of them. This means as long as you have a PAL or NTSC enabled device our DVDs will play on your system wherever you are in the world. NTSC is the system used primarily in the U.S. PAL is a system used by the U.K. , Nigeria and other countries. 

What other products do you have?  We are currently developing a limited set of plush toys to be released in 2015
